Here you will find our complaint and dispute policy. If you would like to raise any issue with us we welcome your input. 


Refunds & Competition Entries

 

 We understand that from time to time things change between registering to compete and the big day. Competitors who request to revoke their entry more than 28 days prior to the date of the competition may do so without reprisal. However, athletes should note that the refunding of their athlete entry fee will be less the cost of their athlete membership fee (£15).


All tracksuit purchases are made and printed to order, this means that they cannot be refunded or changed once they have been ordered.


Workshop spaces; If you can no longer attend you may transfer your space to another name if you need to sell your space on, we will not be able to offer a refund for spaces within 4 weeks of the event (unless we have a waiting list for those spaces).  Tickets; you may sell on or transfer the name on your tickets if you are no longer able to attend. We do not offer refunds on tickets for any reason within 28 days of the event. In the event of Covid lockdowns (or equivalent cancellation of event) refunds will be made at the earliest possible opportunity.
